The journey
Roots in Northern Germany
Born in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Graduated from high school in Halle/Saale with university qualification. During his studies and PhD, Lutz Moehr experienced eight years of Romania first-hand. In October 1989 he broke off his PhD and escaped — via Hungary — to Western Germany.
SONY Europe
Various management positions within SONY Europe, including more than 20 business trips to Japan in eight years — building deep familiarity with international markets, Asian business culture and the display-technology supply chain.
ELSA AG
Management roles at ELSA AG, Vice President, Professional Displays, with total responsibility for P&L, combining an engineering background with broad practical experience across the whole product life cycle: from conception through production, support, marketing and sales, up to profit-and-loss responsibility.
DNS Consult founded
DNS Consult was founded as an independent IT consulting company — later establishing 3D-CC, the 3D-Competence-Center, as its specialized division for human senses based perception in 3D: Seeing, Hearing, Haptics.
Gold Partner of 3IT Berlin
3D-CC is a Gold Partner of 3IT Berlin, the Innovation Center for Immersive Imaging Technologies operated by the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute (HHI).

3D-CC does not sell hardware or software and has no products of its own. That independence is the foundation of every recommendation: the only interest we represent is yours.
